B2 Equity is the investment arm of the Biggers family.  We typically provide between $2 million to $10 million in angel, early, and late stage capital, along with leadership guidance and operational resources.  We're hands-on investors in a variety of industries, on a personalized boutique basis.

Since the early days of the tech industry’s formation in the 1980’s, we’ve been bootstrapping and growing software ventures, primarily in the real estate and finance technology spaces, generating about half a billion dollars in revenue along the way.  While we come from technology backgrounds, we don't limit B2 investments to the tech sector.

Our philosophy is straightforward and occasionally contrarian:  We don’t like debt.  We don’t like hype.  But we do like hands-on entrepreneurs relentlessly driving the daily growth of solid, common-sense startups in any kind of focused B2B operation.

So if you think you have a business and a team which we’d also like, hit us up.

Founder and chairman of the company, Dave Biggers and his wife Erin enjoy life in Naples year-round. Having originally bootstrapped a la mode, Dave oversaw its growth from zero to 200 employees and to the dominant position in its market. Today he's involved in all areas of B2 and its portfolio, when he's not binge-watching something on Apple TV.

a la mode is the nation's overwhelmingly dominant provider of technology for the real estate valuation industry. More appraisers use a la mode's desktop, mobile, and web solutions to manage all aspects of their business than all other competitors combined.

One thing we do well is create great cultures. From four-day workweeks to unlimited maternity and vacation time, free food to unmatched financial benefits, the foundation of our companies is a solid relationship with every team member, regardless of level.

Matthew Biggers, Dave's son, graduated from Georgia Tech (Go Jackets!) and jumped right into founding a startup in the real estate space. After a stint in London with his wife, Brianna, he returned to Atlanta, where he manages B2's real estate portfolios. Matthew and Brianna just had their first child, so he's a lot less productive, and more sleepy, than he's ever been.

A spinoff from a la mode, Mercury Network is one of the fastest-growing and most important vendor management platforms in the appraisal industry, used by over 200,000 mortgage professionals. It was sold to Serent Capital in April, 2015.

Sarah Biggers graduated from Georgia Tech, and navigated the tech startup world in Atlanta. But from a young age, she's been gravitationally drawn to the fashion industry, so she sidestepped into becoming a professional makeup artist and is currently creating a makeup line targeted at health-conscious women. Sarah oversees B2's new investments in the BPC sector (beauty and personal care).

Pipeline ROI is a leading provider of cutting-edge inbound and outbound lead generation technology solutions for the real estate sales and mortgage industries.
